Incorporate self-directed learning into Language Centre courses
and advise colleagues on how to support the development of learner
autonomy in our students.

Continually evaluate and develop the service provided.

Conduct investigative and evaluative research into self-directed
learning and learner autonomy to ensure a dynamic and effective provision
of learning environment and advice; and to solicit user feedback through
a variety of channels.

Promote the development of learner autonomy to the wider community.
