Postgraduate Opportunities in Science
Exciting opportunities exist for postgraduate study in all our leading and internationally-renowned departments at the forefront of scientific knowledge.
PhD opportunities are available in all disciplines, for 3 to 4 years.

Doctoral Training Centres and Partnership in Science comprise:

Integrated PhD programmes include an initial year of study in an appropriate one-year Masters course followed by a 3-year PhD.
Masters Degree courses:
These are available in biological sciences, chemistry, computer science and mathematical sciences. Newly available: industrial placement option in the MSc in Modern Applications of Mathematics and in all Computer Science MSc programmes.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) modular courses are available for practicing pharmacists.
In addition, the Faculty attracts a number of self-funded students: candidates with personal funding or sponsorship (e.g. from their government) are encouraged to apply. All entry requirements must be met.
