This form is only for use by:

University-salaried staff who are applying for a standard, Occasional User, Reserved Space or Electric Vehicle permit
Casual University staff who are applying for an Occasional User permit

This form should not be used by:

Undergraduate or postgraduate students
Undergraduate students who are also employed by the University as casual members of staff (e.g. in the STV or bars)
Non-University staff
Visitors
Any individual who is applying for a Car Share permit

This is because we require further information, documentation and/or payment for non-staff/Car Share permits that can only be provided in person.
