Your feedback is essential in helping us to improve our services. Here are some changes we've recently made in response to client feedback:

You said you needed to see a careers adviser quicker We extended quick query (15 min) sessions over lunch times
You said you wanted more help with passing tests We provided new online tests for you to sample
You said you wanted mock interviews We now offer practice interview appointments with Careers Advisers
You said you can't always find what you're looking for on our website We reorganised the student homepage to make it clear where you can find information on each topic
You said you'd like to be able to watch careers DVDs without needing to come to campus We have made all the major titles available on our website as streamed videos
Research students said that they needed more training in career management We now provide a programme of bespoke careers workshops and information for PGRs
