There are lots of services available to you to ensure that you remain physically and mentally healthy whilst at university.
It is hoped that your time at university will be happy and fulfilled but there may be times when you feel that you require extra support to help you through a difficult time.
Talking through problems and concerns with someone who has time to sit and listen can be the first step in working out how to overcome or resolve a difficult situation.
Your Personal Tutor can offer pastoral support but if you feel you would like to seek more specific help, the services listed opon the left can provide confidential support and advice.
Face to face advice and guidance on access to the most appropriate support service can also be obtained by visiting the Student Services helpdesk in 4W or by logging an online enquiry to the Student Services helpdesk.
