Meeting points

University helpers wearing University of Bath t-shirts, will be waiting to meet you at the official meeting point in Terminal 3. This is located in the seated area in the arrivals hall (ground floor of the arrivals building).

Arriving at Terminals 4 or 5

To get to the Terminal 3 meeting point you can:

  • take the free Heathrow Express train
  • OR catch the free transfer 441 and 724 buses from the Terminal 5 bus station (next to the terminal)

Both the train and the bus will take you to Heathrow Central (between Terminals 1, 2 and 3). It is then a short walk to the meeting point in Terminal 3.

Trains leave every 15 minutes and the journey takes about 3 minutes. Buses take 10 and 20 minutes.

Questions about the collection service

We have a list of frequently asked questions about the airport collection service.

Luggage allowance

Space is limited on the coaches, therefore the luggage allowance per person is:

  • two medium suitcases
  • or one large suitcase
  • and your hand luggage (whatever hand luggage you had on the plane)

Please note luggage should weigh no more than 20kg.

If you bring more than this, you will not be allowed onto the coach and will have to travel to Bath by yourself.
