Pre-departure briefings
Each summer we organise a series of pre-departure briefings for overseas students coming to study here.
The briefings go over the basic arrangements you should take care of before, during and shortly after your journey to the UK.
We usually try to have some alumni or current students present so that you can get their perspective too.
Who can attend?
All students who are nationals of the countries we visit, or domiciled in these countries and hold offers of admission will be sent an invitation.
Parents or partners are welcome to come too.
What if you aren't coming to my country?
If we are unable to visit your country, or you are unable to make it to a briefing, do not worry, we will be keeping in contact with you during the summer via our e-newsletters.
