Exchange and visiting students
We can only offer a limited number of exchange and visiting students a place in university owned accommodation subject to eligibility.
Those who cannot be housed in university residences or university-managed houses will need to find private sector accommodation in the city.
Applications for September 2013
You can apply for accommodation after you have received an offer of admission and formally accepted it. The deadline for exchange and visiting students to apply for accommodation is 31 July but we strongly advise you to apply online before 1 July.
Types of accommodation
Where university accommodation is offered it will normally be in off-campus halls of residence in the city centre and contracts will start from 21 September 2013. In some cases it will be in university-managed houses around the city.
The table below shows accommodation that is available for students arriving in Semester 1 of the 2012/13 academic year.
