University owned accommodation
All our university owned postgraduate accommodation is based around the city centre.
Each university owned facility has secure card-only access, and generally has smaller numbers of bedrooms to each kitchen than on campus.
We ensure all our accommodation is maintained to the highest standards. Prices include:
- utility bills
- high speed wifi and ethernet connection
- connection to our residential computer network
- core possessions insurance.

- Postgraduate contract is from 21 September 2013 to 15 September 2014
- Postgraduate Sessional contract is from 21 September 2013 to 14 June 2014 (only for postgraduate students living at Woodland or Polden).
