Frequently asked questions
I have applied to the University but have not yet received a decision on my application
Our requirements have been amended in order to ensure that all applicants achieve at least level B2 in all four components of English language competence (reading, writing, speaking and listening) which matches the UKBA’s new requirements on English language ability.
Level B2 corresponds to IELTS 5.5 and TOEFL scores of Listening (21), Reading (22), Speaking (23) and writing (21). This means that the English language score you will be asked to achieve may be different from that which was advertised at the time you submitted your application.
