Fees
We require payment of tuition fees on an annual basis for most programmes of study. For the most up-to-date information about fees check the relevant fee schedule:
Bench fees for research degrees
You should also note that we may charge a training support fee for projects involving particularly expensive consumables that are not covered by the tuition fee.
We will clearly indicate in your offer letter if you will need to pay this fee, also known as a bench fee.
If your fee status is overseas, you can apply for a range of scholarships for international students.
How to pay
We would prefer you to pay by Direct Debit, but other payment methods are available.
You will be expected to pay at least half of the annual tuition fee due when you register, with the other half payable later in the year.
There is a small administration charge for payment by instalments.
Part-time work
You can help fund your studies with part-time work. There are lots of opportunities to find work in and around Bath.
