During the past 40 years, the School of Management has established itself as one of Europe’s leading business schools. We offer a range of taught postgraduate and post-experience programmes, including the world-ranked Bath MBA and a range of one-year, MSc programmes in a variety of subjects.
Our research programmes include The Bath PhD, designed for those who wish to specialise in an area of academic research within the field of management. Our Faculty’s research focuses around six key subject areas and we have a number of leading research centres on campus.
Taught masters
Our highly-rated MSc degrees are one year in length and aim to increase your employability by combining high quality academic learning with practical skills. Employers continually report that what makes our graduates so attractive is that they are ‘work ready’ and have the necessary skills to manage across a wide-range of business sectors. Post-experience programmes
The Bath MBA requires a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate management work experience. It has earned a reputation for excellence and has been accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) since 1976. The Bath MBA is currently ranked 2nd in the UK and 25th in the world by The Economist Which MBA?
Research degrees
The School of Management is a leading international centre for management research, ranked 5th in the UK in the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE). We have a number of PhD studentships available.
