Students' Union
The University of Bath Students' Union (BUSU) forms an important part of your student experience.
Postgraduate Association
The Postgraduate Association represents you - it is your voice within the Students' Union. Run for and by postgraduate students, the PGA organises social events and provides information and advice.
You will find funding information, training opportunities and be able to attend special lecture series that they run.
Clubs and societies
There are over 100 clubs and societies to get involved in, including sports clubs and cultural and special interest societies - all supported by the BUSU.
Entertainment
Our newly built £5.5 million Student Centre is home to the Students' Union and is a great place to meet, eat, drink and relax with friends. The union bar, Plug and nightclub, The Tub arrange a variety of events including club nights, live bands, karaoke, comedy and much more.
Media and communication
Get involved with Student Media by working for Bath Impact (the student newspaper), Campus Television (CTV) or University Radio Bath (URB).
Enterprise
The Enterprise Office provides support to students who want to start and grow their own businesses and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
- SORTED is a programme of training aimed at developing key skills for work and study
- BANTER (Bath Entrepreneurs) is a group of students who organise business training and networking opportunities
- The Bath Award recognises students and accredits the skills of students involved in all types of extra-curricular activities

Offering information, advice and representation on all academic and welfare issues that can affect students at universlty.
The Volunteer Centre
The Volunteer Centre provides a wide range of volunteering opportunities for students including the Duke of Edinburgh Award, RAG and community projects.
