Process Improvement

The Office of the Vice-President (Implementation) supports process improvement and projects across the University.

The Working Group on Process Improvement chaired by Steve Egan, Vice-President (Implementation), oversees process improvement across the University.

Mark Ricketts, as Director of Process Improvement works closely with staff involved in process review, providing project management guidance and support from the initial ideas stage through to project completion.
