Restrictions on booking the East Building Foyer Spaces
There are two spaces in the East Building, Foyer Level 1 and Foyer Level 0, that are primarily circulation space but can, in certain circumstances, be used for serving refreshments or for displays of information.
Both foyer spaces have a maximum capacity of 50 so group sizes cannot exceed this number. There are strict rules on where tables and poster boards can be displayed in each space. The guidelines can be read here for Foyer Level 1 and here for Foyer Level 0.
Any bookings requests for these spaces should then be submitted to timetabling@bath.ac.uk. Please state clearly in your email the date and time you are requesting, the type of event you are planning, and the name of the Foyer space you would like to use.
