University of Bath Policy for ad hoc external hire charges for teaching rooms

In the interests of clarity and transparency the University of Bath is publishing the following information regarding our policy for ad hoc hire of teaching rooms. If you wish to book a room please contact timetabling@bath.ac.uk in the first instance. Please note if you wish to book teaching rooms during University vacation periods or are arranging a conference style event you should contact salesandevents@bath.ac.uk


From August 1st 2012 our policy will be:
