Help and advice

UNISON exists to offer help and support to its members. You can contact the Branch in confidence to talk about your problem:

• by emailing us (unison@bath.ac.uk), giving as much information as possible
• by calling in to the Secretary in the Information Point, Student Centre Level 2
• by phoning 01225 38 3800 (or just dialling 3800 from an internal phone)
• if it is an emergency, by phoning 07534 118661.

There is much help, advice and welfare support which you can obtain from the UNISON national website. You can find out about the many benefits of membership, read about how UNISON Welfare is there to help you when the going gets tough, look at some deals which membership provides, and even take advantage of your membership to get car insurance.

If there is any way in which we could help you, just get in touch.

It's also worth remembering that it is your Union, and we need you to take a full part in running it.

Contact the Secretary if you are able to offer your help in any way, from being a point of contact in your building, maintaining a notice board with posters etc., or even training to be a Steward and supporting members with problems.
