Student Complaints
The University believes that students should feel able to make a complaint, knowing that it will be fairly investigated. This will help the University to maintain the highest levels of academic and service standards. To this end, the University’s complaints procedure has been designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

If you intend to make a complaint, you should read the full student complaints procedure, which can be found at Regulations, Appendix 1. Formal complaints should be made on a Student Complaints Form.
