Approval process
All new designs for web pages and printed or sewn materials (including uniforms, signage, promotional materials, gifts or memorabilia) should normally be created by members of the Web Services or Imaging, Design & Print Services.
In some cases, and only with prior approval from the Head of Imaging, Design & Print Services, printed or sewn materials may need to be designed externally or by members of the University outside of Web Services and the Imaging, Design and Print Services (IDPS). In these cases advice should be sought from IDPS at the beginning of the process and final approval must be received by the Head of IDPS before production.
