Name badges
If you have an event where staff need to be indentified to visitors, you need to use a standard style of name badges.
- Create a spreadsheet and put "Name" and "Title" in the first 2 columns. Add the names and titles of the people in the rows below. See an example spreadsheet.
- Download and open the name badges template.
- Choose "Yes" when the message box appears
- Browse to the location of the spreadsheet and choose "Open" (You may have to do this twice)
- On the menu, go to Tools -> Letters and Mailings -> Mail Merge
- Choose "Next" until you get to step 6
- Choose "Print", then "OK"
- Select a printer and choose "OK"
