Name badges

If you have an event where staff need to be indentified to visitors, you need to use a standard style of name badges.

  1. Create a spreadsheet and put "Name" and "Title" in the first 2 columns. Add the names and titles of the people in the rows below. See an example spreadsheet.
  2. Download and open the name badges template.
  3. Choose "Yes" when the message box appears
  4. Browse to the location of the spreadsheet and choose "Open" (You may have to do this twice)
  5. On the menu, go to Tools -> Letters and Mailings -> Mail Merge
  6. Choose "Next" until you get to step 6
  7. Choose "Print", then "OK"
  8. Select a printer and choose "OK"
