Research in Professional Service Organisations
Professional Service Organisations play a major role in advanced economies and are found in the legal, software, consulting, creative and health sectors. Their complexity and fast growth provides fertile ground for management research. This research group has been carrying out a variety of research projects into these organisations since 1999 which have been published in academic and practitioner journals.
