Globalization of professional service organizations Dr Mehdi Boussebaa’s research investigates the globalization of professional service organizations. Theoretically, he draws on, engages with and makes connections between the fields of Organization Theory, International Business and Globalization Studies. His most recent research project examined the organizational challenges that globalization creates for major international management consultancies, focusing on project staffing, global teamwork and knowledge transfer. He is currently conducting additional research on management consultancies and working on an in-depth study of the internationalization of a major European business school. |
