Professional Development and Performance across Organisational Boundaries (2004 ongoing)

This research project investigates career actors’ commitment to professional development activities in boundaryless career settings.  The findings are based on Svenja Tams’ participatory observations of and interviews with members of self-organising professional networks, learning communities, and cross-sector partnerships.  Respondents are self-employed consultants and members of private, public and non-profit organisations.
