Becky Thatcher is lost. The clue alludes to the occasion when Mrs Margaret Thatcher, who in the opinion of many was a great part of the time delirious anyway, became so in public when her son Mark got lost in the Sahara desert during the Paris-Dakar rally. Like Becky he came to no harm in the end.
