We are looking to recruit more doctoral students to join our Doctoral Engagement Ambassador Team, here in the Doctoral College.

Doctoral Engagement Ambassadors play a crucial role in both supporting and leading doctoral activities. As well as supporting induction activities, you could be involved in facilitating our researcher development activities and several community building activities throughout the year.

The many benefits to becoming a Doctoral Engagement Ambassador include:

• Meeting lots of people!
• Being able to work at activities and events that fit around your own commitments.
• Broadening your skills in communication, facilitation, leadership and teamwork.
• The opportunity to work at both online and in-person events.

While we recruit on a rolling basis, we hope to recruit the majority of ambassadors in good time before the start of the next academic year ready to help with induction so we ask that you please submit your applications by 1st August 2022. After this time, if there are still spaces to fill, we will still review applications or can otherwise keep your application on file to review when a vacancy arises.
