Each year Student Services in partnership with The SU, the Sports Training Village and The Edge puts together a week of free student events and activities to promote health and wellbeing. Be Well Week encourages Students to get active and be healthy with your friends.

Students have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different activities and events running throughout the week including cooking classes, guided walks, creative classes, support groups, workshops, exercise classes and lots of other things.

Be Well Week is run to help promote some of the fantastic opportunities at the University as well as kickstarting and introducing some healthy habits. It is not just a one off week as many of the activities run during Be Well week are also available throughout the year for students to continue.
