DDaT (Digital Data and Technology) have been made aware of issues to the University Print Service. We are investigating this issue and aim to resolve it promptly.

As we make progress on the service issue we will update this page, (you may need to refresh the page to see new content).

You can also keep up to date with progress and to see if a service is operational on Status.bath.

If you have any issues to report please use the self-service portal (TopDesk).


  • University-managed laptops, desktops and personal devices are now able to access the University Print Service on printers UPS1 and UPS2. Although this is resolved, we are still monitoring the issue.

If you have an urgent print request, please email the details to print@bath.ac.uk. They can print your documents whilst we investigate the current issue.
