The local NHS service will be providing free Covid vaccinations on campus for UK and international students who aren’t already fully vaccinated.
First and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be available.
The weekly vaccination clinic will be at the Sports Training Village every Thursday.
The vaccination clinic will be open from 11am to 6pm on each of these dates, with 15-minute appointment slots available.
The following dates are now available to book:
- 18 November
- 25 November
Additional dates will be added if there is sufficient demand.
You'll find the vaccine clinic in a meeting room, on the Tennis Balcony, in the Sports Training Village; please follow the signs.
Eligibility for vaccinations
You can have either your first or second dose of a vaccine at these appointments. If you need your second dose, your appointment must be at least eight weeks after you received your first dose.
You cannot have a Covid vaccination if you have had a positive result on a PCR test in the last 28 days. This applies to first and second doses.
You must not attend the vaccination clinic if you have Covid-19 symptoms, or have been told to isolate or quarantine.
This clinic is not able to offer booster vaccines (third doses). These are only available for people most at risk from Covid-19 who have had a second dose of the vaccine at least six months ago. See the full list of who can get a Covid-19 booster vaccine. If you are eligible and in England, you can book your booster appointment online through the NHS National Booking Service.
You don’t need to be registered with a GP to receive a vaccination, but we recommend that you register as soon as possible. If you’re not yet registered when you attend your vaccination appointment, it will be quicker if you print this form and add your personal details, and bring it to the clinic.
