The Campus Services department has made significant changes to improve the way that food containing gluten is communicated in our hospitality outlets.

These improvements are in response to your feedback, to help you feel confident in choosing the menu options that are right for you.

If you have a gluten allergy, you can now:

  • browse our new 'no gluten containing ingredients' menu, available in each outlet
  • clearly see which dishes have no gluten containing ingredients, indicated by the yellow sticker
  • ask a member of staff to explain which menu options are suitable for you. Our knowledgeable team have received comprehensive allergen training, and can help you with your menu choice.
