The International Relations Office is announcing a new call for funding to support researcher mobility, international engagement and strategic network development.

Across our University there are already many vibrant academic exchanges, student visits and a number of highly successful partnerships with international institutions around strong areas of research. Building on this success, our University Strategy 2016-2021 aims to extend our influence through worldwide partnerships for creative responses to research and educational opportunities.

Aligned with these objectives, this funding call invites applications that seek to strengthen our international networks and build strategic and innovative partnerships with pre-eminent international universities, research institutes, and non-academic or industry partners.

For the 2018/2019 call, the focus will be on projects that add value and depth to our existing partnerships, in particular the most active ones; developing European networks; supporting short-term doctoral mobility and joint supervision, and providing seed funding for multi-partner projects that address global challenges.
