Over the coming weeks, University staff will receive an email from the Parking Office about registering for a new parking permit system.
You must log onto this new system and register your details to make sure your current parking permit is renewed on 31 July 2019.
Staff currently paying by salary deduction should select the monthly instalments taken from salary option.
If you are an Occasional User permit holder, select Occasional User applicant type and Occasional User £1.10 as the zone.
You will then receive a new parking permit through the internal post, that is valid for after this date.
We recommend that you register on the new system within two weeks of receiving the email, or you may not automatically receive your new permit in the post.
You only need to register on the new system once, unless your details change.
The new system will:
Potentially save you some money if you are a part time member of staff
Allow you to manage your own details online, such as adding new or changing vehicles
Enable new members of staff to apply for a parking permit online
