Researchfish is an external online system that collects details of research outcomes for a range of funders. This helps them track the impacts of their investments.
The 2019/20 data collection period was announced from 3 February to 4pm on 12 March 2020. This submission period is for the following funders:
- Research Councils UK
- British Heart Foundation
- Cancer Research UK
- Dunhill Medical Trust
- MQ Transforming Mental Health
- National Institute for Health Research
- Rosetrees Trust
RIS is running a series of drop in sessions where academics and students can complete their Researchfish submissions and ask questions as they go. The remaining sessions are on:
- Wednesday 4 March 14:15 – EB 0.9
- Monday 9 March 12:15 – EB0.7
It is important to note that some funders will apply sanctions if a Researchfish return is not submitted by the deadline. These can apply to the individual, where a PI is ineligible to apply for further funding, or at an institutional level, where grant payments are withheld.
