To celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence we will be offering two anniversary scholarships for Indian students for September 2023 entry. The awards are running in association with NISAU’s ’75 at 75’ campaign where we are proud to announce one of our Bath alumni, Abhishek Rungta, is an achiever of their India UK Achievers Honours award.

Funding available

We have two £10,000 awards available to undergraduate and taught postgraduate master's students1. The awards are available for full-time taught courses and can only be used as fee waivers towards the cost of tuition fees.

  • 1 x £10,000 scholarship available for undergraduate students
  • 1 x £10,000 scholarship available for taught postgraduate master's students

To apply for the 75th Indian Anniversary Scholarships, you must:

  • hold an offer from the University of Bath for a full-time, taught undergraduate or postgraduate master's course starting in 2023
  • be a national of India and hold an Indian passport
  • have international tuition fee status

We're looking for outstanding candidates who can demonstrate a background of academic success and will act as an ambassador for the University by promoting their experiences of studying at Bath.
