Help to Grow

Help to Grow is our School of Management’s version of the UK government’s Help to Grow: Management programme.

This 12-week, applied leadership development programme will drive performance, behaviour change, and productivity for managers and decision-makers in small to medium-sized enterprises.

Help to Grow is a hybrid programme consisting of:

  • eight online masterclasses
  • peer-to-peer discussions
  • four face-to-face case studies
  • one-to-one business mentoring

Content includes:

The Help to Grow: Management programme is 90% subsidised by the government. You'll pay a £750 fee (the full cost would be £7,500).

Productivity through People

We run the South West iteration of the Productivity through People programme delivered in partnership with BetheBusiness. This programme is focused on developing leaders working with SME’s across the South West catchment area and is part of the UK government’s industrial strategy and drives to develop world-class management practice to plug “the UK productivity gap.” Sessions centred around leadership, strategy, high performance teams, effective communications, change management and tech adoption, as well as hearing from thought leaders in industry which have previously included Rolls Royce, Lloyds Banking Group, Leonardo Helicopters and EY.

Organisational Coach Accreditation Programme

The TranExec Organisational Coach Accreditation Programme (OCAP) offers participants a unique opportunity to undertake a globally recognised Coaching Qualification (ICF accredited programme). The programme requires an acute readiness to gain a deep sense of awareness and introspection so as to learn and master the skill of Organisational Coaching. Our content is designed for Leaders and Professionals with a strong EQ and a propensity for Coaching to foster an optimal learning environment to drive positive change in teams and organisations.
