We run the South West iteration of the Productivity through People programme delivered in partnership with BetheBusiness. This programme is focused on developing leaders working with SME’s across the South West catchment area and is part of the UK government’s industrial strategy and drives to develop world-class management practice to plug “the UK productivity gap.” Sessions centred around leadership, strategy, high performance teams, effective communications, change management and tech adoption, as well as hearing from thought leaders in industry which have previously included Rolls Royce, Lloyds Banking Group, Leonardo Helicopters and EY.
