How to get help

Use the Research Computing TopDesk form to request help or support


To request help or support from the Research Computing Team, submit a request via our TopDesk form.

Use the form to get help using our HPC environments Nimbus, Anatra, Isambard or a teaching cluster.

The form is also our first point of contact if you need research software engineering support or help costing a research funding proposal.

We welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our services to students and University researchers.

You can contact the Research Computing Team by sending us a TopDesk request.

If you would like to speak to the head of the Research Computing team, please contact Stefano Angioni directly.

The Research Computing Operations Group oversee our work and ensure our services meet the University's research and teaching needs.

Please contact a group member if you feel our current services don't meet your needs or if you would like to raise an issue. They will then consider this and make recommendations.
