The University transforms into a large hotel and conference centre over the summer. We host sporting events, summer schools, conferences and other visitors that stay in our accommodation to explore Bath and beyond.

Our friendly accommodation team is recruiting for housekeepers from 21 June to 18 September.

The roles are fixed term contracts, with accommodation available at a discounted rate of £63.70 per week, subject to availability.

The accommodation costs will be deducted from your monthly pay.

About the role

The housekeeper role is key to our summer business. Full training is provided and responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning accommodation areas
  • Reporting maintenance requirements
  • Following health and safety guidance
  • Acting as the face of the department and engaging with visitors

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, with weekend working on a rota basis.

The earliest start time for our shifts is 9am and the latest finish time is 5.20pm.
