Make a difference

Join us and you’ll be working on interesting projects that are transforming university-wide digital service delivery. We're building platforms and services based on user needs, including our own Content Publisher and Course Search as well as designing a new look website.

Being based on campus means that we also have access to real users, so we’re able to test what we design, build and create whenever we need. We listen to our users and we constantly iterate on and improve our products based on data and feedback. We’re also building a performance platform to help users improve services based on data.

Work in a multi-disciplinary team

Working with us means that you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works together to create technology to deliver user-focused services. Alongside UX designers, Developers and Content Designers you'll get the chance to help build products from concept through to live.

Taking our inspiration from the Government Digital Service (GDS), we've been developing our own digital principles since 2013.

We release new features and content on a regular basis. Focusing on two-week sprints, you're always working on something new with different people from within the team and across the University.

Personal development

Development is really important. We schedule dedicated time so you can develop skills in areas which will help you get the job done and help you to progress.

Sharing best practice

We keep our colleagues up-to-date on our progress and share knowledge with each other. Our Wrap Up presentations (formerly known as Show & Tell) are a great opportunity to develop your presentation skills in a friendly and interested environment.

We also share best practice with our peers in the Higher Education community - presenting and giving masterclasses and workshops at conferences such as IWMW and ContentEd.

We're recruiting

If you're interested in the work that we do and want to help us deliver great products, we have several posts available.
