Make your alternative exam arrangements now

If you are a student with a disability and still need to make your alternative exam arrangements, don’t miss the 29 November 2019 deadline.

Talk to an Adviser

If you need to put alternative exam arrangements in place, you must have had an appointment with a Disability Adviser before Friday 29 November 2019 to be in time for the Semester One exams. If you already have arrangements in place for your exams and your circumstances have not changed you do not need to come and see us.

Make an appointment

Appointments get booked up very quickly so you should talk to us as soon as possible. You can make an appointment by coming in to the Student Services Centre or by phoning 01225 383838. Appointments are available on campus and in The Virgil Building, Bath city centre.

Due to very high demand for appointments we are running drop-in sessions for exam arrangements ONLY in the Student Services Centre. These cannot be booked in advance and are on a first come, first served basis:

  • Thursday 14 November, 12.15pm to 1.45pm
  • Friday 15 November, 10.15am to 11.45am
  • Thursday 21 November, 12.15pm to 1.45pm
  • Friday 22 November, 10.15am to 11.45am
  • Thursday 28 November, 12.15pm to 1.45pm
  • Friday 29 November, 10.15am to 11.45am

Bring evidence of your disability

It is important that you bring appropriate evidence to your appointment/drop-in session. This is so that we can make sure any arrangements are suitable for your needs.
