Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This eight-week course teaches mindfulness to help you manage stress, low mood and other challenges and build better physical and mental health

Using a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness and psycho-education, we help you become aware of your habitual ways of reacting and learn how to relate differently to your experience so you can turn towards difficulty and make conscious, perhaps wiser, choices about how you respond.

Held online on MS Teams, the course comprises eight weekly sessions plus a full-day retreat. It is taught by experienced mindfulness teachers Nicola Peacock and Liz Sheils.

To benefit, you need to commit to attending all sessions.

Previous experience of mindfulness practice is welcome but not necessary.
