The Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) 2023 is a national survey run by Advance HE that asks postgraduate research students about their university experience.
You will be asked about different aspects of university life, including supervision, progression, support and resources.
The Professional Doctorate Experience Survey (PDES) 2023 is open from Monday 13 March until Sunday 7 May 2023.
The Professional Doctorate Experience Survey (PDES) 2023 is an internal survey similar to PRES and asks professional doctoral students about their university experience.
You will be asked about different aspects of university life, including teaching, supervision, progression, support and professional development.
The surveys take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. By giving your honest feedback about what is good and what could be improved, you can help us enhance the university experience at Bath. Your responses are confidential to the Student Engagement Team, and will remain anonymous when the results are reported later this year.
The PRES and PDES open on Monday 13 March and close at midnight on Sunday 7 May 2023. To encourage you to complete the survey, there is a prize draw for each survey for Bath students to win 1 x £250 cash prize. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw, and we would encourage you to complete the survey by midnight on the closing date.

These can be found on your library card and SAMIS profile, or in an email sent to your university inbox by the Student Engagement Team's PRES Bath or PDES Bath addresses.
