Wondering what to do with your old pens? Help us to reduce the amount of waste created by writing materials and bring along your used or unwanted items one of the following locations:

On campus:

• Main drop off point - Department of Maths (4 West, level 2 reception area)
• Department of Chemistry (1 South, main seating area - next to water cooler and vending machine)
• Department of Estates (level 1, 1.07)
• Department of Social and Policy Sciences (3 East, level 3 foyer)
• Pre-Award, Research & Innovations Services (Wessex House 3.2)
• Print Unit (8 West 1.35)
• School of Management (8 West)
  
• Skills Centre (Wessex House, 7.64)
• Students Union (Information Point, level 2)

Off campus:

• Virgil Building, level 1 (next to the cafe)

We can accept any of the following:

• biros (any style or brand)
• whiteboard pens
• permanent markers
• felt tips
• Tippex/correction fluid pots

The Department of Mathematical Sciences has been recycling pens with Terracycle for some time now and are looking to expand the scheme. If you'd like to add a collection point in your office or department, please contact Myla Watts.
