The course promotes taking control of your wellbeing and happiness in a practical and proven way by rediscovering an authentic enjoyment of your life. It is suitable for any student who wants to explore mindfulness and learn some useful techniques
The course consists of six weekly sessions plus an initial orientation session which will establish whether this is the right course for you at this moment in time.
Dates and times
The course takes place every Tuesday for six weeks from Tuesday 6 November 2018 to Tuesday 11 December 2018 from 3pm to 4.30pm.
There will also be an orientation session on Tuesday 30 October 3pm to 4.30pm.
Please note that as this is a progressive course full attendance is expected.
