This free workshop aims to help you understand your sleep difficulties and provide you with techniques which can help you to cope with poor sleep
If you are having problems with sleeping (not sleeping enough / disrupted sleep / early morning waking) then come along to this workshop. Topics covered include:
- understanding the relationship between sleep and other conditions
- basic strategies for improving the quality of sleep
- managing difficult worries and expectations
This is a taught course, run in a group format, so although there will be some group discussion it is up to you how much or how little you choose to take part. There will be a break approximately halfway through the session.
The workshop is taking place on Wednesday 3 April from 2pm to 4pm. It is is run by IAPT Services specifically for University of Bath students and will take place on campus.
