This short online workshop will help you understand the causes and symptoms of stress and learn methods from Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT) for effectively reducing your stress levels.
The workshop is taking place online on Wednesday 13 January from 2pm to 4pm on Microsoft Teams. It is is run by the local NHS Talking Therapies team specifically for University of Bath students.
