What is this challenge about?

The excitement of resolving customer opportunities comes from learning and sharing knowledge and experiences. This challenge seeks to share how you discover customer opportunities using an innovation framework and realise that, in today’s world, it is critical to have a broad transdisciplinary team. You will not only learn about innovation principles but also how to build strong effective exciting teams.

What's in it for you?

This Challenge consists of a transdisciplinary student group competition running in Semester 2 2019. This activity replicates industrial processes and ways of working. Students will be supported by appropriate workshops to learn all about innovation and skills development by an industry expert!

All you need to do is come to the Launch Event, attend workshops every Wednesday, attend a day trip at Ford in Dunton and finally present your pitch at a Grand Finale in front of senior management from academia and industry.

Eligibility to participate

Innovation today requires multiple points of view. Every discipline (IT, Management, Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc) has equal weight in resolving customer opportunities into high value solutions.

All disciplines are welcome to apply – undergraduates, masters and PhDs. Limited space of 30 students.
