The art and science of motivation and delegation

A practical, interactive webinar exploring how to delegate effectively and empower and motivate others to perform to the best of their abilities.

Course overview

2020/21 Semester 1 courses: These webinars will run in November and January.

Managers have a crucial role to play in delegating clearly and effectively and empowering and motivating others to perform to the best of their abilities. From goal setting to delivering the outcome, you need to know how to motivate any personality, and understand your team to know who and how best to delegate tasks, balancing autonomy and accountability. This webinar highlights the value of effective delegation, empowerment and motivation, explores different methods and provides you with practical tools to take away and use in your management practice.

During the session you will explore:

  • the benefits of effective delegation, empowerment and motivation
