Aims & Learning Objectives: to introduce students to the underlying principles of French law, to outline the legal framework within which firms in France operate in specific domains and to introduce students to French legal terminology Content: introduction to the French legal system; company law; droit des obligations (contracts and tort); consumer protection legislation; labour law; competition law. Classes are conducted in French. |
