| This pseudo-unit indicates that you are allowed to choose an alternative M level unit to MN50491. You must agree your selection with your supervisory team.
Please note that:
- your choice of unit is subject to the approval of your supervisory team;
- where you would like to take a unit from outside your department, your choice of unit will also be subject to the approval of the Director of Studies/Director of Teaching of the relevant department;
- units are only available to you subject to the normal constraints such as staff availability, timetabling restrictions, and minimum and maximum group sizes.
If you wish to take an alternative unit to MN50491 then you must speak to your supervisory team about this selection as soon as possible. You should make sure that you follow the correct procedure to have the unit you have chosen added to your records in SAMIS and then check that the unit appears in your list of current modules in SAMIS on the Web.
