Explore the role of effective leadership in organisational development and improvement.

Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this unit participants will be able to:
1. Practice critical and effective leadership approaches to deliver service objectives in the practice context (intellectual skill, professional skill; taught, facilitated)
2. Use and evaluate these approaches to respond to local, regional and national initiatives and priorities (Professional skill, intellectual skill; taught, facilitated)
